Bloodstream infection AST kits

FASTinov AST kits are available and CE-marked for bloodstream infections by either Gram-Positive or Gram-Negative bacteria.

Each test uses one FASTinov AST kit and the bioFAST software to generate the report.

AST kit

Includes the panels with proprietary combination of fluorescent probes and antibiotics.

bioFAST software

A dedicated, proprietary software that processes the flow cytometry data and generates the AST report. For each antibiotic it provides S-Susceptible standard dose; I-Susceptible with increased exposure; R-Resistant (EUCAST recommendations) or S- Susceptible; I-Intermediate, R-Resistant (CLSI recommendations).
